Guido SARNO
(Polonia)
In 2003, he won a scholarship to the Rudra Béjart School in Lausanne. He has had a diverse and distinguished professional career, and has been recognized as an extraordinary principal dancer. He has worked with the following ballets: Béjart Ballet Lausanne, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Ballet de l'Opéra de Bordeaux, and then as Principal Dancer for the Ballet de l'Opéra de Nice and the Czech National Ballet, performing numerous principal roles in the classical, dramatic, and contemporary repertoire, including works by renowned choreographers such as George Balanchine, JiÅ™í Kylián, Nacho Duato, Ohad Naharin, Maurice Béjart, William Compagnie Forsythe, Rudolf Nureyev, Frederick Ashton, Léonide Massine, Mikhail Fokine, and many others. After retiring from dance, since 2018 he has been a highly regarded freelance dance teacher and assistant to several choreographers, in addition to being a choreographer himself. He has also staged and directed numerous repertoire pieces for various companies, including the Estonian National Ballet, the Slovenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Ljubljana, the Nice Opera, the Ballet du Capitole in Toulouse, the Basel Theatre, the Poznan Opera Ballet, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, the Tatar State Opera in Kazan, and the Ballet du Sud.
With the start of the 2024/2025 season, he joined the ballet masters of the Polish National Ballet.
Ballet Master Polish National Ballet

The Polish National Ballet is the largest and most influential ballet company in Poland. It continues the great traditions of Warsaw ballet dating back to the 17th century. Before 2008, it was known as the Ballet of the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera. In that year, the ballet company received artistic autonomy, reflected in the theater's statute, and was elevated to the rank of Polish National Ballet. Since then, its director has been Polish choreographer Krzysztof Pastor.


Marco BATTI
(Italia)
A key figure in today's dance scene, Marco Batti boasts a diverse curriculum in both the artistic and scientific fields.
Recently completing a career on the Italian and American stages (Motus and Eglevsky Ballet, among others), Batti is the Director of the Siena Ballet and its official dance school, Ateneo della Danza. He is an ABT© NTC© Affiliate Teacher with Fellowship status and a promoter of the Vaganova methodology. He is also the choreographer of numerous successful works, such as Fellini, Federico's La Dolce Vita, and Butterfly.
Marco Batti, a Master's Degree in Psychology and Exercise Science for Well-being and Health, is the Scientific Director of the International Dance Conference (IDC), the first scientific conference on dance in Italy. He is the founder of the Ateneo della Danza Training Center and responsible for all its renowned training courses, both for teachers and future professional dancers. Since 2014, he has been the Director of the Training Agency recognized by the Tuscany Region.

The Ateneo della Danza continues the educational project founded in 2006 by Maestro Marco Batti.
Today, it is one of the most recognized and renowned professional training centers in Italy, serving as the Official School of the Training Agency accredited by the Tuscany Region, Balletto di Siena. It offers European-recognized qualifications, specialization, and career placement programs to help young people pursue the career path best suited to their aspirations.
Directed by Maestro Marco Batti, an ABT® affiliated instructor, it is proud to include the American Ballet Theatre® final exam in its courses.
Students also have access, upon passing an audition, to a professional internship with Balletto di Siena and to courses recognized and promoted by the Tuscany Region.

Rose BREUSS

Rose Breuss completed her studies in dance and dance notation at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, the Theaterschool Amsterdam, Temple University in Philadelphia (USA), the University of Surrey, and the Labanotation Institute. From 2006 to 2022, she was Director of the IDA - Institute of Dance Arts at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz, where she was appointed University Professor of Movement Research. She currently teaches in the Master's and Doctoral programs at the Institute of Dance Arts and has served as a guest lecturer and evaluator at numerous international dance universities. She is currently conducting research as part of the PEEK project, supported by the Austrian Science Fund. As a choreographer and driving force of the Dance Company Of(f) Verticality, she has been invited to numerous (inter)national shows, including Odeon Wien, Bregenzer Festspiele, Wien Modern, Brucknerhaus Linz, Sophiensäle Berlin, Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, DANCE München, International Dance Summit Berlin, Philharmonie Luxembourg, Transart Bozen, Carinthischer Sommer and others.

Johannes HARTL

Johannes Härtl took over as general director of Iwanson International in 2018, after helping shape the theater as co-director for five years. After training at Iwanson International, he stayed for a fourth year of performances, a consolidated success, and, as a rising star, received his first scholarship from the City of Munich. His debut work, "Ego, fertig, los!", was followed by numerous other productions. Since 2025, Johannes Härtl has been the principal director of Iwanson International. In May 2009, Johannes Härtl received the Isadora Award from the Iwanson-Sixt Foundation. Since 2012, he has been choreographer-in-residence in Unterföhring and frequently performs as a guest at international theaters and festivals, such as the Volkstheater Rostock and the Croatian National Theater "Ivan Zajc" in Rijeka. For several years, she has led dance-based "Manager Awareness" workshops at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden and the DISCOVER workshop for the Kulturstiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft.
In 2019, together with Marie Preußler, she founded the Make it! e.V. association and has served as its president ever since. The association supports young dancers and choreographers by providing scholarships.

A teacher and choreographer, she has been invited to serve as a jury member in international competitions, as well as a teacher at seminars and workshops in Italy, Russia, Brazil, Malta, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Scotland, and Spain.
During her teaching career, she has dedicated herself full-time to training young dancers, both in classical and contemporary dance. It is in the latter that she has focused her experience, and her style is a blend of currents, genres, and inspirations, ranging from ethnic dances to the purest contemporary, creating a comprehensive language capable of adapting to various messages. Her works, performed exclusively by students of the school, are performed at numerous events, and she often achieves excellent results internationally, at events featuring groups from around the world.
